We have now opened Florida 5 Star Inc., over the years we have seen many management companies start out with good intentions, only to end up like so many others, Too many homes on there books & not enough time & care put into your home.

This is where we shall excel over others Florida 5 Star is only accepting a limited amount of homes to manage, in our opening statement we made mention we wish to make your home our home! This is correct we believe in treating your home as ours. As so many owners live out side the United States, we feel you need to have peace of mind that while you are not in Florida your home is in the best possible caring hands. You will be able to contact us 24 hours a day either by telephone fax or by e-mail As you read on you will see that we have Tried to include everything that is possible to keep your home and property values intact.

Florida 5 Star will charge a monthly fee

This will include a weekly Lawn care service including borders, trees & flower beds
Professional licensed and bonded pool service, including deck & patio furniture cleaning, on a weekly basis
Pest control including interior & exterior.
24 hour contact for your guests and emergency call outs
Upon your guest's arrival we will meet & greet them, we will give them any help they need to have an enjoyable stay. Our aim is to have your guests coming back year after year and to tell all their friends about the beautiful home they stayed in.
